Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license issued in India, and possess a clean driving record. Hosts must ensure that their vehicles comply with local regulations, insurance, and fitness requirements.

2. Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed when full payment is received through our secure payment gateway.
• Security deposits, if applicable, are collected and refunded in accordance with the refund policy.
• Misuse of promo codes or fraudulent payments will result in cancellation and possible legal action.

3. Vehicle usage

• Vehicles must be used only for lawful, personal transportation purposes.
• Sub-leasing, ride-sharing for hire, or driving outside the permitted geography without consent is prohibited.
• Renters are responsible for traffic violations, tolls, and penalties incurred during the rental period.

4. Damage, accidents, and insurance

Any accident or damage must be reported to the host and CarRentalNTravel immediately. Insurance coverage is subject to the vehicle’s policy terms. Renters are liable for deductibles and damages not covered by insurance.

5. Platform responsibilities

CarRentalNTravel facilitates bookings and payments. Vehicle safety, maintenance, and compliance remain the host’s responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate policy or engage in suspicious activity.

6. Modifications
