Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled on CarRentalNTravel.

Cancellation timeline

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup attract a charge equal to one day’s rental or the booking amount, whichever is lower.
No-shows without notice are billed at 100% of the booking amount.

Refund process

Approved refunds are initiated within 48 business hours of confirmation from our support team.
Depending on your payment method, the amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Security deposits (if any) are released after vehicle inspection and adjustment of dues.

Host-initiated cancellations

If a host cancels a confirmed booking, renters receive a full refund along with a 10% credit voucher for their next trip. We may also assess host penalties or temporarily suspend listings.
